Spent the last few days building the aileron torque tubes and bellcrank to aileron pushrods. Started by cutting two of the turque tubes to 90 5/8". Then I cut out the drilling template and drilled the holes in the ends of the tubes. Next I match drilled the VA-169 threaded rod ends into the ends of the tubes. Then I deburred and primed the inside of the parts. Next I cut two bellcrank to aileron pushrods to 21 11/32". Then I marked and drilled four holes on each end of the pushrods as shown in the plans to #40. Then I installed and match drilled to #30 the AN490HT8P threaded rod end into each end of the pushrods. Then I cleaned, deburred and primed the inside of all the parts. Finally, I riveted the rod ends into the pushrods. All the parts are ready for exterior primer now.
